Prototron Circuits, Inc. and our affiliates (collectively, "Prototron",” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide this Privacy Policy because we know that you care about how your information is collected, used, shared, and retained. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected when you visit,, and/or any other Prototron owned or controlled websites (the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy also applies when you (i) create a request for quote through any of the Sites or use the secure file transfer services (the "Services"). The Sites and Services are collectively referred to herein as the "Prototron Properties”. By visiting the Sites; creating or accessing an Account or using the Services, you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Important Notice to Non-U.S. Residents

The Prototron Properties and their servers are all operated in the United States and elsewhere. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any Personal Information, Billing Information or Other Information (each as defined below and collectively, “Information”) you provide to us and/or that we collect from you will be transferred to, processed, and used in the United States in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. By using the Prototron Properties and/or providing us with any Personal Information, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to such transfer, processing, and use in the United States.

Information Collected

When you use the Prototron Properties, you may provide us with personally identifiable information about you and your company, such as your company name, your name, title, e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number (collectively, the “Personal Information”). We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you use the Prototron Properties unless you provide it voluntarily (for example, by submitting a request for quote, securely transfering files, requesting a newsletter, or sending us a message).

When you visit or use the Prototron Properties, we may automatically collect non-personal information, such as domain names, IP address (which may consist of a static or dynamic IP-address, and will sometimes point to a specific identifiable computer or device), browser type, operating system, access times, referring/exit web site addresses, information regarding your experience with our Prototron Properties, and other data (collectively, “Other Information”). This Other Information is used by Prototron for the operation and improvement of the Sites and the Services and to track Site trends and statistics. This Other Information does not personally identify you.

We also use the following analytics products to collect Other Information:

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., to evaluate your use of the Prototron Properties, compile reports on activity, and provide other services relating to Internet usage. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies that store information, such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the Sites before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page. Browsers do not share first-party cookies across domains.

By using the Prototron Properties, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. If you choose, you can opt out by turning off cookies in the preferences settings in your browser, or by downloading and installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at The add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that information about the visit to the applicable Prototron Property should not be sent to Google Analytics. The Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on does not prevent information from being sent to the the applicable Prototron Property itself or to other web analytics services. International Trade in Arms Regulations

Prototron has no control over, or knowledge of, your particular use of its printed circui t boards and other products. Prototron's products may be subject to the International Trade in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"), administered by the U.S. Department of State. By ordering or purchasing products from Prototron, you agree to comply with Prototron's privacy policy, and all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including without limitation ITAR. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not transfer any export-controlled item to any foreign persons without the authority of an export license, agreement, or applicable exemption or exception, from proper government authorities.

If you are engaged in the business of either exporting or manufacturing defense articles or furnishing defense services, you represent and warrant to Prototron that you are registered with the proper government authorities in accordance with ITAR and other applicable laws. You will be liable for all liabilities and expenses associated with your compliance and non-compliance with this paragraph, and you agree to indemnify Prototron from all costs and expenses associated with third party claims arising out of your non-compliance.
